Mr. Manger brings over thirty years of legal and business management experience to the CCDN. He spent the first years of his career practicing law in New York City as an associate in the law firm of Kalik, Rosoff and Maron specializing in contract, collection and real estate law. For the past twenty-five years, he has used his legal knowledge as a foundation and springboard for all his businesses.
Mr. Manger’s extensive experience in new venture start-up operations, strategic planning, and business development, operational management together with capital funding and contract negotiations serves the CCDN well. He has built, owned and operated a five star resort and conference center, several regional real estate development and construction companies, a manufacturing plant, a hedge fund and an asset management firm. For the past five years he has worked together with Bob Lock to offer the American public an efficient and affordable means of using existing consumer laws to their advantage through CCDN’s nationwide network of attorneys.

Mr. Manger earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from St. Lawrence University and his Juris Doctor from New York Law School. He is a member of the New York Bar and holds a series 7, 63, and 24 licenses in the security industry. Mr. Manger served for over a decade as of counsel to Noah P. Rosoff & Associates, NYC, NY. He was a member of the Board of Governors for Blair Academy, Blairstown, NJ and served for years on the Parent’s Action Committee for Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania.
